Natchez Trace National Scenic Byway
The Natchez Trace has it all – from Civil War and Native American historical sites to scores of wildlife in and around the Homochitto and Tombigbee forests. Get an extra dose of the great outdoors and camp along the way. This byway is the only All American road in Mississippi.
This tour is a must for blues junkies; ride west on US Highway 278 and stop along the way to marvel at the blues clubs, juke joints and homes of the founders of blues music. The route stretches 100 miles from Tupelo to Clarksdale.

Mississippi Delta Great River Road
This route begins near the northern Mississippi state line in Walls and follows Highway 61 south to Vicksburg. If you take your time on this 250-mile stretch, you’ll find the real heart and soul of the Mississippi Delta in the clubs, houses and juke joints where blues music got its start.
You’ll find abundant wildlife while passing through the Delta National Forest, historic Native American and Civil War sites and excellent shopping and dining options.
